| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了面向学科的高校图书馆知识服务组织机制与服务内涵,提出支持学科知识服务的一种组织形式,即以“学科知识服务”为中心,以学科馆员为主体,将实体部门与虚拟组织相结合的团队式柔性组织模式;并明确高校图书馆学科知识服务的主要内容：学科导航服务、定题知识服务、知识挖掘服务。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the connotation and organizing mechanism of discipline knowledge service in college library. Morever, it puts forward an organizing form supporting discipline knowledge service, i.e. a soft team organizing model which centers on "discipline knowledge service", regards discipline librarian as the main body and combines entity section with virtual section; Also explicits the main contents of discipline knowledge service: discipline navigation service, selective dissemination of knowledge, knowledge mining service. |
