| 摘 要： | 对美国伊利诺伊州学术与研究图书馆联盟——CARLI进行了调查研究,从联盟由来、战略计划、价值与目标、如何成为会员、成员的利益、经费来源及管理机构7个方面着手,并从6个方面提出对我国的启示,如政府的重视和财政的支持、设独立机构管理CARLI的各项事务、书目数据分散与集中式统一管理、读者网上直接借阅、设独立的速递系统、成员馆培训有计划地进行等。
