| 摘 要： | 在服务科学的指导下,分析了服务系统的定义、构成、分类以及服务系统之间的相互作用;从服务系统的角度,提出了图书馆联盟的结构模型,对其构成要素进行了分析;从图书馆联盟参与者的角度分析图书馆联盟的价值创造过程;在此基础上,提出了图书馆联盟发展的建议。
