| 摘 要： | 本文对国内影响很大的文献提供服务平台——联合参考咨询与文献传递网(UCDRS.net)进行实证研究,对UCDRS服务系统进行深入的剖析,通过对该网站的用户进行反馈意见的调查,提出UCDRS系统进一步发展的对策。
