| 摘 要： | 本文从网络信息咨询服务的功能、特点出发，分析了网络信息咨询协作服务的方式和方法。提出利用各种不同组合方式，建立满足用户群需要的多层次、多类型的信息咨询服务协作平台，来满足全社会的不断发展变化的信息咨询服务需求。
