| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代交叉学科、边缘学科的不断涌现及信息资源的急剧膨胀,专业用户有时很难获取自己所需文献.本文针对这一现状,对高校图书馆学科馆员管理评价机制的构建做了简要的论述,着重从人才的选拔和培训、考核评价制度、激励机制等几个层面来分析,力图依托科学的、规范的学科馆员管理评价机制,达到提升高校图书馆服务质量和服务水平的目的.
