| 摘 要： | 知识转移是在受控环境中实现知识从拥有者到接受者的传播,从而缩小人类个体或组织之间的差距并促进人类共同发展的过程。本文从价值链基础、学习基础、知识产权基础、心理学基础和本体论基础五个方面,对其存在的理论基础进行简单分析。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transferring is a process that promotes knowledge communication from the knowledge owners to the knowledge accepters under a controlled environment.The goal of knowledge transferring is to reduce knowledge gaps among human individuals or groups and make them progress together.This paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of knowledge transferring from the aspects of value chain,learning capability,intellectual property,psychology and ontology. |
