| 摘 要： | 利用网络直接检索法调查全国"211工程"大学图书馆学科馆员制度建设的现状,调查结果显示学科馆员制度的发展出现一些新的特点:馆员岗位职责不断扩展;服务方式多样化,学科博客成为新宠;实施模式以学科馆员对口负责为主。同时提出应该从完善学科馆员管理制度,建立学科馆员考核评价体系;拓展学科馆员服务深度,加强重点学科的个性化知识服务;激发用户价值,建设用户关系资源等方面不断完善和改进学科馆员制度建设。
