| 摘 要： | 信息整合与数据挖掘技术在文献数据库创新性建设领域具有非常重要的意义,这已在国外同行的应用中取得了较好的效果,但国内对此项技术的研究和应用才刚刚起步。该研究通过广泛调研,制定了文献专题知识数据库的期刊和文献收录标准,以及数据库框架结构和数据录入标准。在此基础上,收集了国内外乙肝相关文献,借助期刊和文献影响力及专家内容分析等筛选方法筛选了近1.5万篇左右文献信息,构建了一个知识覆盖面广、文章质量高和分类标引好的乙肝专题文献知识库,并进一步通过构建文本挖掘工具字典,成功实现了乙肝专题文献知识库与国内外科学数据型数据库的关联与整合,从而初步实现了乙肝病毒相关蛋白质的知识挖掘。
