| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆在网络、设备、信息资源、人才等方面可以为学习资源建设提供充分和有效的支持服务,通过构建一个研究型大学学习资源共享服务平台,将分布于各部门、各应用系统中的与学习相关的资源和服务整合起来,以门户的形式推送到用户学习、研究的第一线,直接融入到用户的学习过程中,使学生能够充分利用信息化工具实现个性化学习,显著地提高了教学质量和教学效果。

| Abstract: | Digital library can offer ample and effective support to the construction of college network course.The paper constructs a learning resources system for research university.The system would make teaching resources and service mix together,and push to the users through portal,which makesit easy for the students to use information technology tools to achieve personalized learning and promote teaching quality effectively. |
