| 摘 要： | 社会网络分析作为一种新型的、发展迅速的方法越来越受到各领域人士包括研究知识管理学者的重视。知识共享与知识创新是知识管理的两个重要方面。从社会网络的角度,分析组织内知识共享网络及知识创新形成的一般规律。研究认为,组织内的社会网络有助于知识共享与知识创新。

| Abstract: | Social network analysis as a new,fast-growing method is accepted by people in various fields,including research scholars of knowledge management.Knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation are two important aspects of knowledge management.The paper thinks that social networks provide a perspective to address the forming of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.Social networks within the organization contribute to knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. |
