| 摘 要： | 文章在对中美两国图书馆在虚拟参考咨询服务的发展现状进行分析的基础上,提出了中国同美国图书馆在虚拟参考咨询方面存在的差异,并找出其原因。最后针对我国虚拟参考咨询服务的发展提出了建议。
