| 摘 要： | 湖北省公共图书馆服务体系建设与全国各地一样,存在着共性,也存在着特性。通过分析当前湖北省公共图书馆服务体系建设过程中的优势与不足,设计湖北省公共图书馆服务体系的构成,并为服务体系顺利实施提出制度保障、经费保障、人才保障与技术保障措施。
