| 摘 要： | 本文简要分析了合作武数字参考咨询的产生背景和含义，介绍了我国几个主要的合作式数字参考咨询服务系统（全国信息资源协作网、NSTL的参考咨询服务、上海市中心图书馆的网上联合知识导航站、中山图书馆的图书馆专家联合导航系统、国家科学数字图书馆的参考咨询系统、CALLS联合虚拟参考咨询系统）的现状，分析了我国合作式数字参考咨询服务的特点及目前存在的问题，并提出了相应的发展对策：重视推广宣传；完善合作机制；加强政策引导；规范标准；加强资源共享。
