| 摘 要： | 应用博弈论原理阐述图书馆联盟与数据库商的关系是一种非零和博弈合作关系。图书馆联盟面对数据库商不合理的涨价不能一味的抵制或妥协,应采取积极的制衡策略,这些策略包括组建联盟联合体、加入国际性联盟组织、推动开放存取运动、加强信息资源整合力度和寻求与数据库商的多方合作。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the standpoint of game theory to the discussion of library consortia and database suppliers,points out the relations between them is a cooperative non-zero-sum game.Facing unreasonable increases of database price,library consortia cannot simply resist or yield.The paper puts forward some counterbalance strategies of library consortia,including establishment of superconsortia,joining international alliance,promoting open access movement,integration of information resources as well as cooperation with database suppliers. |
