| 摘 要： | Web2.0环境下危机信息传播研究具有理论与现实意义。对危机信息的含义进行阐述,利用传播学研究方法对Web2.0环境下危机信息传播过程及要素进行分析,用户以博客、维基、RSS、社区等形式更广泛地参与互动,并成为网络的主体,在深入研究了Web2.0环境下危机信息传播特点的基础上,提出科学、合理、可行的对策与措施。
