| 摘 要： | 搜集、采集和联盟是互操作策略的3个层次,提供的功能和实施的成本不同。运用LISI模型对3个层次的互操作策略的互操作能力做定性的评价,并确定互操作策略的成本和功能比曲线。数字图书馆互操作策略应遵循互操作策略的基本准则,有机结合3个层次的互操作策略。元数据策略则是互操作策略的核心问题。

| Abstract: | Gathering,harvesting and federation are three levels of interoperability strategy,and every strategy has different functions and cost of adoption.The interoperability ability at three levels of interoperability strategy can be defined by using LISI Model,and the curve of cost against functionality can be determined.The digital library interoperability strategy should combine three levels of interoperability strategy on the basis of the criteria of interoperability strategy.The metadata strategy is the core issue of interoperability strategy. |
