| Abstract: | This article introduces the connotation and the main types of open access, analyzes the strong influence on libraries. It points out that under the open access environment libraries should set up an institutional data repository, enjoy positively the periodical resources in open access, construct to get a stronger skill of open access and make a full use of the library resources both of the skilled men , advanced equipments , abundant documents. |
