| 摘 要： | 虚拟医院是以网络为依托,利用虚拟现实技术、3D技术、通信技术等现代化技术建立的、为人们提供医学信息资源与医疗咨询服务的新型医院模式。文章对虚拟医院数字参考咨询用户研究的定义和意义进行了分析,并在此基础上总结了用户的信息需求特征,以期对虚拟医院数字参考咨询服务的实施有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Virtual hospital is a new sort of hospital which takes the network as carrier and and built with virtual reality technology,3D technology,communication technology and other modern technologies.It provides the medical information resources and information reference service for people.The paper analyzes the types and characteristic of users in the virtual hospital and gets their medical information requirements based on it,aiming at helping the implementation of the digital reference service of the virtual hospital. |
