| 摘 要： | 传统的高校图书馆VOD系统多是C／S模式采用服务器机群或者代理缓存的方式来实现，这会带来较大的硬件和管理开销，而且在开放的网络环境下数字内容得不到保护。文中把DRM技术融合到P2P网络中，对P2P网络结构下的DRM系统进行了研究与设计，既解决了P2P应用的版权问题，保护了数字内容的“合理使用”，又解决了当今VOD点播系统的瓶颈，并探讨了VOD点播系统成功管理的关键及系统存在的问题和相应的解决方案。
