| 摘 要： | 海量信息时代,人们正在遭遇信息过剩、信息不对称、信息鸿沟、信息迷航等问题,信息导航理念与技术的发展有助于这些问题的解决.推动信息导航服务发展的驱动因素主要有:海量信息持续增长、信息过剩难以改观、信息鸿沟不易填平、信息不对称尚待消解、信息迷航屡见不鲜、信息源多元化、信息存储分散化、信息服务个性化、信息传输易失真、信息技术提供可能十个方面.
