| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆知识服务以及读者对知识的需求,提出建立图书馆知识协同服务系统,用协同的方式来获取知识,为读者提供多层次、全方位、方便快捷的服务。文章探讨知识协同的运行过程,协同服务系统的控制、流程与功能,构建知识协同服务系统模式,并对系统模式的运行与优化作了进一步分析。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present situation of university library knowledge service and the needs of the readers’ knowledge,points out that it is necessary for readers to establish knowledge coordination service system,in a collaborative way to access to knowledge and provide multiple level,all-around,fast and convenient services.The paper introduces the operation process of knowledge collaborative services,analyzes control,process and functions of collaborative services system,constructs a knowledge coordination service system model of university library,and discusses the operation and optimization of system model. |
