| 摘 要： | 目前高校图书馆志愿者参加志愿活动主观性较差,图书馆志愿者服务岗位技术性较低,志愿者的服务未能得到及时肯定等诸多原因影响志愿者服务的积极性。应建立有效的完善的志愿者服务制度、志愿者服务评价机制、构建志愿者管理系统及志愿者交流平台等措施来加强对志愿者的管理。

| Abstract: | There are many reasons affecting the service enthusiasm of the volunteers in university libraries,for example,their subjectivity is poor in working,their positions are low and their services fail to get timely affirmation.So the effective and perfective volunteer service system,service assessment mechanism,volunteer management system as well as the platform for exchange should be established to strengthen the management of volunteers. |
