| 摘 要： | 视频捕捉法,是研究人员利用软件对被试者的网络查寻过程进行录像,以研究用户信息行为的方法。目前国内外已有不少使用视频捕捉法取得研究成果的案例。视频捕捉法具有获取数据真实、具体、客观、高效等优点,是研究用户信息行为的有效方法。但是此方法存在一些缺点,需要与问卷调查、访谈、出声思考等方法结合使用。

| Abstract: | Video capture method is used to study users’ information search behavior.Researchers used record software to video subjects’ network search process.Currently at home and abroad,there are many successful cases that use video capture method.Video capture method is proved to be the effective method of search users’ information behavior with the characteristics of accuracy,concreteness,objectivity and efficiency.But this method also exists shortcomings,it need to be used with the helps of questionnaire investigation,interview and phonate thinking,etc. |
