| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了我国四个主要的合作数字参考咨询系统：上海图书馆的网上联合知识导航站、中山图书馆的联合参考咨询网、国家科技图书文献中心（NSTL）专家咨询系统和中国科学院国家科学数字图书馆（CSDL）参考咨询系统。从基本情况、实时咨询、非实时咨询、服务方式和服务情况等角度，对这四个合作数字参考咨询系统做了比较，并分析了其特点，指出了存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the four collaborative digital reference systems,that is,Collaborative Online Reference Services,the United Collaborative Digital Reference Services,the Experts Reference Services of National Science and Technology Library,and Chinese National Science Digital Library Reference Desk(CSDL-Reference Desk).From the basic condition,live reference, virtual reference and the situation of service,the paper contrasts the four systems,then analyses their characters,points the existing problems. |
