学科服务组——学科馆员发展的新模式及其实践思考

摘    要:图书馆学科化服务的发展面临两个困惑,可以通过建立学科服务组这个新的模式来解决发展瓶颈问题。图书馆可以建立学科互助组、互动合作组、创新服务组、全程支持组四种学科服务组。学科服务组的成立解决了学科服务发展的两个困惑,提升了学科馆员个人和团队的能力,提高了学科服务效果和水平。各个图书馆可以因馆制宜,设立适合自身馆发展的学科服务组。

Abstract:The development of subject services in libraries faces two puzzles.In order to solve the bottleneck of subject services,the author proposes to establish the subject service groups,including mutual aid group,interaction and cooperation group,innovation service group,whole support group,which can solve the two puzzles,enhance the ability of both individuals and teams,improve the effectiveness and level of subject services.The author argues that each library can set up such groups that are suitable for its own development.
