| 摘 要： | 奥运档案作为奥运遗产的重要组成部分,备受世人关注。本文通过文献调查发现国外奥运档案管理具备以下特点:推进奥运档案信息资源集成化;运用知识管理方法管理奥运档案;通过跨机构合作管理奥运档案;注重对奥运档案价值的深度开发;奥运档案面向社会公众高度开放。基于上述分析,提出对国内奥运档案管理的启示:加强奥运档案信息化管理、推动多方协同合作、强化奥运档案开放利用工作。

| Abstract: | Chen Jie,Xu Yongjun,Guo Ruohan,Nie Shuyuan As an important part of Olympic heritage,Olympic archives have attracted worldwide attention.Through literature review,this paper finds that foreign Olympic archives management has the following characteristics:promoting the integration of Olympic archives information resources,using knowledge management methods to manage Olympic archives,managing Olympic archives by inter-agency cooperation,paying attention to the deep exploration of the value of Olympic archives and opening Olympic archives to the public.Based on the analysis above,the paper puts forward the enlightenment to the domestic Olympic archives management:strengthening the Olympic archives information management,promoting the cooperation among various agencies,and strengthening the opening and utilization of Olympic archives. |
