| 摘 要： | 档案信息资源规划至关重要,从国家层面转向社会是一种全新的思路。周林兴《面向社会的档案信息资源规划研究》一书从专业的角度分析了档案信息资源对社会发展的深刻作用,系统论述了"面向社会的信息资源规划"的内涵及其基本理论,通过对现状的调查,进一步探究了信息资源规划的评价体系、问责体系和实现机制。
