| 摘 要： | 知识服务是数字档案服务的发展趋势,而档案大数据时代给数字档案馆的知识服务带来了新的机遇。通过对全国各省级档案门户网站及其工作者进行咨询调查,对我国档案大数据背景下的数字档案馆知识服务现状和发展的弊端进行剖析,探讨其原因,并提出可行性的建议,在自己学习的同时为数字档案馆知识服务实践起到参考作用。

| Abstract: | Knowledge service is the development trend of digital archives service,and the era of archives big data brings new opportunities to the knowledge service of digital archives.Through consultation and investigation of the provincial archives portal websites and their workers,the paper analyzes the current status and development defects of digital archives knowledge service under the background of China's archives big data,discusses the reasons,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.While learning,it serves as a reference for the practice of digital archives knowledge service. |
