| 摘 要： | 民国肇建,百废待兴,培养人才成为共和要务。1919年,广东军政府根据陈炯明提议,决定在广东筹建西南大学,次年2月,广东军政府通过西南大学大纲等文件,后因种种客观因素,西南大学最终未能如期建立。但其作为民国时期筹建的国立大学,所设计的西南大学董事会、评议会、各科教员会等制度,为后来成立的高校提供了有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | When the Republic of China has just been founded,the cultivation of talents became the first priority of the republic.In 1919,the Guangdong military government decided to set up Southwest University in Guangdong according to Chen Jiongming's proposal.In February of the following year,the Guangdong military government adopted the outline and other documents of Southwest University,but the university was never founded because of various objective reasons.However,as a national university prepared to build during the Republic of China,the system of the board,the council and the conference of teachers designed by the university provides useful reference for the later universities. |
