| 摘 要： | 新媒体时代,读者信息需求发生变化,更加追求获取信息的便利性。新媒体服务涉及服务渠道与服务内容,从这两方面分析高校图书馆应用新媒体开展服务存在的问题,发现普遍存在新媒体服务水平低的情况,再相应提出服务创新策略,提出加强新媒体渠道建设与内容建设。

| Abstract: | In the new media era, readers' information needs have changed, and they are more eager to get information conveniently. New media service involves service channel and service content. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of new media in university libraries from these two aspects, finds that the service level of new media is generally low, and then puts forward corresponding service innovation strategies, and proposes strengthening the construction of new media channel and content. |
