| 摘 要： | 本文在分析高校图书馆学科馆员制度建立的意义、学科馆员队伍的素质要求及高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的现实差距的基础上，针对目前存在的高校图书馆高素质人才匮乏的现状，提出了“学科馆员”制度建立及完善的具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the meaning of setting up the system of liaison librarians in academic libraries,discussed the qualities and requirements of liaison librarians and pointed out the common situation of the lack of qualified personnel in present colleges and universities. Centering on this present situation, the paper proposed several measures of establishing and perfecting the system of liaison librarians. |
