| 摘 要： | 通过实证调查研究表明：信息弱势群体的信息行为囿于传统的模式，获取信息与交流信息的渠道少，信息化技能低，处于数字鸿沟的边缘，不能充分享受信息技术的发展带来的实惠。据此，探讨了对信息弱势群体进行信息援助的方法与途径。 |
