| 摘 要： | 简要叙述了电子资源引进与管理的基本情况。扼要论述流程管理基本原理、所具备的优点以及实施流程管理所需要的基本步骤和所要注意的基本原则,阐述了电子资源引进与管理的流程识别与分级方法,各流程的流程描述、责任/角色矩阵,以及落实到工作人员的责任/角色图,并提出电子资源建设流程的优化。
