| 摘 要： | 分析了我国国民的阅读现状及成因,提出公共图书馆为推进全民阅读提供了物质保证与组织保证,并就公共图书馆如何推进全民阅读、营建书香社会等进行探讨,认为应该从强化青少年阅读习惯的培养、构建全民阅读的服务网络、开展有效的阅读指导服务、重视馆藏资源建设四个方面开展工作.
