| 摘 要： | 结合河南省高等教育文献保障体系(HALIS)建设成绩与经验,提出以CALIS三期建设为契机.通过CALIS河南省文献信息服务中心建设.将HALIS建设与CALLS体系无缝链接,充分发挥省中心的纽带和辐射作用.扩大CALIS资源与服务的受益面.有效促进和提升河南高等教育文献信息保障与服务能力的发展思路.
