摘    要:客户价值分析为图书馆知识服务及其营销策略提供了理论和方法基础。探讨了基于生命周期的客户价值分析的相关视角,并结合图书馆知识服务营销的理念和内涵,提出了知识经济环境下基于客户价值分析的图书馆知识服务营销的策略模式。

Abstract:the analysis of the customer value provides a theoretical basis for the library knowledge service and its marketing strategies.In this paper,we discuss the relevant of analysis of customer value based on the life-cycle,with the Concept and content of library knowledge services marketing,we put forward library knowledge services marketing mechanism Based on the analysis of the customer value after a knowledge-based economy environment.
