How to Cultivating Young Editors for Publishing Houses in the Market Environment

Abstract:The thesis discusses how to train young editor for publishing house in market environment from four aspects.Firstly,publishing house should make young editor understand the stratigic location of the publishing house;secondly,train young editors market consiousness;thirdly,publishing house should establish a secruity system of scientific and creative in young editor training;the last,publishing house should train young editor the consiousness of professional manager.
