| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国法律英语学习热潮的掀起，法律英语教材的编撰与出版成为学界和出版界关注的热点。许多法律英语教材在指导思想、编写体例、内容安排和材料选取等方面存在同质化等问题，直接影响了我国法律英语教材整体水平的提升。本文对我国法律英语教材编撰出版的现状进行梳理和反思，对存在问题提出对策建议，以期为相关研究提供一定的参考。

A Study on Compilation and Publication of Legal English Textbooks in China |

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the boom in legal English learning, compiling and publishing of legal English textbooks has become the focus of the academia and the publishing. But there are a lot of homogenization and typical problems in guiding ideology, writing style, content arrangement and material selection of legal English textbooks, which directly affect the level of legal English textbooks in China. This paper intends to review the history and current situation of compiling and publishing legal English textbooks, puts forward suggestions on and provides a reference for related issues. |
