| 摘 要： | 提出图书编校质量的不确定性概念，分析产生不确定性的原因，探讨基于流程管理的解决方案。基于“建立流程—明确任务—监督检查—评价激励”的思路，建立编校流程管理链条，即制定合理的编校流程制度，明确各流程任务，引入过程监督和检查措施，设立结果与过程相结合的评价激励机制。通过编校流程管理，降低图书编校质量的不确定性，达到控制图书编校质量的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward editing and proofreading quality concept of uncertainty, analyzes the causes of uncertainty, solves the problem by the process management. The process management method includes four aspects,such as“build process management flow”,“define specific tasks”,“process supervision and inspection”,“process evaluation based on the combination of process and results”. Through the process management, we can solve the quality uncertainty,that is caused by editors and imperfect process settings. |
