| 摘 要： | 阐述P2P共享技术下科学交流中的著作权问题,探讨该技术应用于科学交流的著作权法律关系,分析技术应用中的著作权直接侵权责任、间接侵权责任、基于技术中立的非侵权责任等基本理论问题和相关案例,最后提出优化P2P共享环境下科学交流的相关建议。

| Abstract: | This article clarified the copyright issues of scientific communication with P2P sharing technology,discussed the copyright legal relations of applying P2P technology to scientific communication,analyzed the related theories and cases on different tort liabilities with P2P technology including direct tort liability,indirect tort liability,and non-tort liability based on the principle of technology neutrality,and put forward the countermeasures to promote scientific communication. |
