| 摘 要： | 各国政府及其他组织在发展本国出版业时,都会出台一系列政策促进出版业的发展。本文从经济的角度对中外出版政策,从四个方面,即政策制定机构、财政政策、金融政策和外贸政策,进行具体比较。

| Abstract: | Governments around the world and industry associations always put forward a series of policies to promote the development of domestic publishing industry.From an economic perspective,this paper does a specific comparative study on industrial policies which includes four parts: policy-making institutions,fiscal policy,financial policy and foreign trade policy. |
