| 摘 要： | 以历史时序为线索,对宋元明清时期文人著述观念的演变进行纵向梳理,其变化态势为:从宋元时期的重名轻利,到明代的追名逐利,再到清代的淡泊名利,其总体趋势是复归文以载道的著述本意。文章着重探讨儒家义利观对宋元明清时期人们著述观念的影响,以及古代著述观念演变与著作权保护意识形成的关系。

| Abstract: | In chronological order,this paper described the development trends of the authors' writing sense from Song to Qing Dynasty in China.At the same time,it probed into Confucianism's influence on the authors' writing thoughts in ancient China and found that there was something between the ancient writing sense and the formation of copyright protection consciousness. |
