| 摘 要： | 学术期刊的工作对象决定了这一群体的职业特征,他们面对的作者群体是专家学者,受众群体是科研工作者。衡量学术期刊编辑职业成效的标准,尽管有影响因子、被引频次、基金产文率等一些具体的数字考核指标,但作为编辑来说,除了具备必要的职业意识外,更要树立一种志业感,不计较报酬、不在乎功名。不应该仅仅拘泥于数字的"量"的跃升,更强调"质"的创新;既当好"中间人",又要发挥主体性;既要服务作者,更要具备服务读者的本位。
