| 摘 要： | 近代公共图书馆古籍服务思想、公共图书馆职能、中华古籍保护计划,无一不表明公共图书馆古籍保护的重要目的是为社会提供更加优质的服务.公共图书馆应在坚持古籍保护的同时,充分利用古籍保护成果,大力开展古籍阅览、整理开发与学术研究等服务,在合理使用中积极实现古籍的价值.

| Abstract: | Among the ancient book service idea of the modem public library, the functions of the public libraries and the Chinese ancient book protection plan, none do not indicate that the important purpose to protect the ancient book in the public library is to provide more quality services for the society. The public library should insist on the protection of the ancient book. At the same time, it should vigorously carry out the ancient book reading, collation, development, academic research and other services by fully use of the result of the ancient book protection, to actively implement the ancient book value in the rational use of them. |
