| Abstract: | This paper expounds the library collection features and the necessity of the digitalization of the ancient books, lists the digitization, organization and retrieval methods of the ancient books in the library, discusses the library protection measures of the ancient books in the digital environment, such as： establishing digital processing standardization, developing the ancient books retrieval and management system, promoting the cooperation of ancient books cataloging, developing the metadata standard for the ancient books, and so on. |
