| 摘 要： | 论文在调研基础上针对区域图书馆联合体建设中存在的两个问题提出了相应的对策:一是提高规划的整体性,二是实现建设模式的多样性.论文还讨论了图书馆服务能力问题,提出应当理性控制数字图书馆建设速度,正确处理好纸质文献和数字文献的关系,重视特色建设.
