| 摘 要： | 论文通过对<基金会管理条例>、<公益事业捐赠法>和国外图书馆基金会运行等多角度研究,认为设立"农村图书馆发展基金会"是必要的、可行的,它对唤起全社会关注农村图书馆事业、整合社会力量办馆资源、加快农村图书馆的提档升级、完善公共图书馆事业体系将起到助推的作用.

| Abstract: | By research on Foundation Management Regulations,Public Welfare Donations Law and foreign library foundation's running,this paper believes that the establishment of Rural Libraries Development Foundation is necessary and feasible,which will play a boosting role in arousing the attention of the community of rural libraries,integration of social forces to speed up the rural libraries' upgrade and improving public library business system. |
