| Abstract: | After seeing about the management and administration of public libraries in USA,the author believes that they are operated in a different system,which have some distinguishing feature.It can be concluded as all the public libraries having a good law environment of macroscopic management,working under the standard guides of professional organization system,service for all people on free but carrying the commercialized management of stressing practical results. |
