| 摘 要： | 论文提出围绕本地区经济社会发展的实际开展应用对策研究是地方社科院的发展方向,应用对策研究离不开图书馆的情报信息服务;同时,对策研究新而快、准而精、广而深的特点对情报信息服务提出了更高的要求;图书馆要以创新的思路和手段变革图书情报工作,自觉服务于对策研究这个中心。
